Barry APC is dedicated to supporting the community through participation with non-profit organizations and fundraising efforts. In 2011, Su Barry led the fundraising effort in raising over $21,000 in support of the San Diego Make-A-Wish Foundation during the Wallace Inns of Court annual Holiday Dinner. In 2012, the Wallace Inns of Court raised over $38,000 for the San Diego Make-A-Wish Foundation as well as Children of the Night, a charity dedicated to rescuing children from prostitution. The following year, in 2013, the Wallace Inns of Court raised over $25,000 for Make-a-Wish San Diego, as well as donating $650 to Children of the Night from its Charity Dinner.

Su Barry contributes her time and donations to other charities such as the San Diego Senior Center, Future Kids Camp and various veteran charities, among others. She also assists multiple people and entities every year, pro bono, in various consumer and business disputes.
